Funbook takes 3-5 seconds to wake up from sleep, which made us believe many a times that the device had run out of charge, only for the screen to come up. While Android 4.0 provides great user interface, the crippled hardware dampens the whole user experience on Micromax Funbook. We even performed factory reset to try the tablet from scratch but there was little-to-no improvement in the lag or sluggishness that we had been facing.

Guys yu need not root yur tabs for playing gameloft games....just go to torrentz.eu and search for gameloft hd gmes and a link appears which is nearly about 102 mb :) download itand start enjoying ..
Its a good tab for its price and I'm happy that it handles high gpu usage games such as shadowgun and riptide gp but my tablet gets off often and I'm unable to swtch it on!!

Whenever I connect my Airtel 3G dongle my funbook get shutdown..what can be the problem ?

Omg,u guys are super noobs! I m a noob too but not that big.
1. Funbook comes pre-rooted.
2. Charger problem is due to 1.5a charger,it should be 1A.
3.It supports all 2g or 3g modems,i myself using,a 2g idea net setter(With aircel sim). But another rom needs to b installed.
4. All apps in market are supported for me,as i changed my tablet in market to b recognized as galaxy s2(Even i played modern combat 3(1.3 gb).
5.Tablet is not made in india,its ployer momo9,just replaced it battery to lower one to get thickness! Really! Micromax guys get a life,we would have sacrificed a bit of thickness for a better battery.

For solving Skype video calling problem. Just use the Skype version 2.5.160 and the updated Skype 2.5.4.162 works great. No pink flickering, or bad video in the other side. I have tested.
