Quality of 10 inches Tablet is extremely bad and so also repairing during warranty period. Out of 12 months the tablet was with the repair centre. Finally after the repair, the touch screen functioned so badly that it cracked and the Touch screen replacement is for Rs.3400/-. Very-Very poor Customer Service. This Company should be closed for ever.

i have had this tab since October 2012. works just fine. as long as you remember not to burden it with too many apps and stuff, it works smoothly.

the tablet first worked nicw .but a little later i started to hang .
the screen is really delicate and the software is also not good .how ever i easted my money.it is not even starting now.all the games and softwares and applications i installed were gone .so any one who want to buy the tablet .first see some people who bought the funbook and later buy that tablet.dont waste your money for nothing

Without doing anything how the screen can break. Myself and my friend both purchased the same tab and it was reported by service centre that screen is broken I was surprised to listen that. Now it may cost more than 2500/- Is it a way of earning the money? the tab cost is 9999 and seldom repairs may cost around 20000/- then what is ultimate cost of tis tab?

While watching live tv the video gets struck up for a minute and starts playing. This occurs while watching tv using WIFI connection. Provide a solution.

Rajesh, 09 Dec 2013same problem with me also.How to Hard Reset Micromax Funbook Tablet?
■At first power off funbook tablet.
■Push menu keys, power keys and Volume up keys at same time and hold up for 10 seconds.
■Now tablet will power on with android logo recovery screen. Then scroll the volume up keys to select wipe factory reset option and press the power key.
■Press the power keys to start the hard reset action on funbook tablet.
Thus, hard reset process of factory settings will clean the entire info and files not including on the SD card. It takes the tablet to the condition while you purchased it.

Hi, After one year,i had a problem with this tab. When i was swith on the tab, it is showing first screen(FUNBOOK PRO...) and not going to next screen/ menu. Can you please tell me what is the problem. Thanks in advance.

the screen is not good and gets strucked at lot. and
whenever i type something some letters doesnt get pressed and i always have to press hard.

I purchased Micromax Funbook Pro 9 months ago. First of all let us discuss its pros and cons.
Pros
~~~~
1. It has large screen of size 10 inches which is good for reading ebooks and watching movies.
2. It has mali graphics which means it supports HD videos upto 1080p. So it has hardware support for HD playback. Enjoy watching movies.
3. 8 GB Internal Memory, 32 GB SD card or flash drive support. I tried bsnl 3G SIM dongle but it doesn't worked. Maybe other dongles are supported.
4. Good battery backup if maintained by disabling wifi, low brightness.
5. 1 GB RAM - Many applications can run simultaneously at the background.
Now Cons
~~~~~~~~
1. Single Core 1 GHz processor which is not enough for good performance of tablet. You will feel lag sometimes.
2. It has android 4.0 which is not as buttery smooth as android 4.1 or 4.2 and no enhancements in the android.
3. The quality of screen display is average as it has 262K colors support. Pixel density is low.
4. Average build quality of tablet body.
5. No SIM support, no bluetooth, No Back Camera and VGA front camera has average picture quality.
6. Price approx. Rs 10,000 which is high as it don't have most of the features.
7. There are display issues while charging. The pin of my charger is unfit or loose, so sometimes it stops charging. Sometimes it reboots itself or is not able to on itself.
8. Cannot play high end games like Dead Trigger, Commander, and even Temple Run is sometimes laggy on this device.
Final Verdict

Decision depends on our way of use.
- It is good for beginners and students - read e-books, browse via wifi only, watching movies, videos, play casual games.
- It is not for gamers and professionals. It has performance issue thanks to single core 1GHz processor.

The tab is just awesome and for a person who wants it for the purpose of browsing, networking, for e-book reading, even for gaming for that matter- its a good expeience on a 10" capcitive touch screen. Unlike the other budget tab, micromax p500 does its job at its best.
Office app pre-installed is good as well.
For browsing I prefer opera over chrome which comes pre-installed.
Overall it lacks bluetooth & a good digi cam ( though VGA is not that bad).
But if the purpose of the tab is not for taking pictures it shouldn't matter.

I purchased Funbook Pro 6 months back and I am really not satisfied with the Product quality.
1. You cannot use the tab while it's charging. The screen/display will behave weirdly. - I believe this a standard issue with all Micromax products including its cell phones.
2. Two months back my Funbook Pro just refused to start. I can only see a white colored screen and it never starts. Probably a internally damaged screen as there is no physical damage on my tab.
3. Service center is worst of all
