Xibbit, 11 Sep 2010Hey guys , ive been through all of ur comments .. I still have 2 problems , pls help : 1)... moreto lock the keypad you just press the scroll navigation key and press star marked key on numerical pad your cell keypad will get locked same to unlock it.....

One sim work at a time.. means when you are engaged with one sim then someone try to call you on other sim.. will listen busy tone.. you can see on your screen the mobile number of person calling you on other sim..

Hi everyone,
I am telling you about my user experience regarding this cell.So those who are really interested in buying this cell please go through this carefully.
I purchased this cell with Rs.1500/-(prices may vary depending on the region).The cell in one word is mind blowing!The cell offers all multimedia features except camera and bluetooth.There is no use elaborating on the features and specifications as you will get those details in this site.Let me just share my experience:
1)sound quality on body speaker is excellent but in full volume the sound gets distorted and the sound quality on headphone is just so so.
2)very user friendly software.
3)No hanging problems.
4)Group sms can be sent.
5)QWERTY keypad very helpful and spacious.
6)Battery drains out easily.
7)Battery takes very long time to get fully charged.
8)Cannot be connected to PC for doing net via USB.
Overall performance superb...now what more can a person expect from a phone at just Rs.1500/-.Use it and enjoy!!!I would really recommend this phone to people who r sms addicted....!!!

I still have 2 problems , pls help :
1)I still couldn't figure out how to lock the keypad!
2)When one SIM is active what happens to the other one ? I mean if I call my 2nd SIM from a diff mobile its says "it is unavailable" !! Can we use both SIM together ?

I have ordered this cell and wanted to know abt display and video playback. Video playing is the in that......I dont think so within 1400 rs they r provide such functionality.....plz rply....

good phone sound quality is good dual sim mood is also good no problem at all
besides i have Samsung wave s 8500 so i just need this phone for general use no camera and poor hands free doesn't matter

Micromax Q1 features: Its best-cheapest-dual-sim,QUERTY key pad, wide screen, beautiful design, very good sound quality, lightweight, easy to operate, user friendly navigation. Only drawbacks are no bluetooth & camera. But rest all is the best.

sachin, 24 Aug 2010no silent mode in Q1...sorry dude...There is $ button (next to 'M' button), keep press that , the phone will go to Silent Mode. The Silent mode is not there in the User profile.
