I think your netwok does not support 3g so kindly change an operater who have 3g network band.and then try 3g.....

very bad quality mobile phone ,i used it from 8 month,it's have worst screen touch problem ,and very much hanging gadget,i can't installed many app cause it's hang up.worst mobile.
