Micromax Q5 fb has huge battery problem when you are using two sims together. The screen backlight remains on when the phone is not in use. I have to shut down the phone and then restart it to get rid of the problem.

can some1 plz tell me, is der a way 2 claim for reimbursement of d time and money of our... that we've been wasting like rolling stones around their service centers???
trackball of my q5 isn't working since July...
and I've been contacting their service centers all over...
still nothing have been done!!!
I've even left d phone on service centers for even about a month, still d issue has not been resolved!!!!
plz help!!!!

the fone is no doubt gud enuf!! d price n its features r satisfactory..
but wen it comes to service, this wud definately take u 2 d service centers..
they ask for atleast 2 weeks for servicing it!!!
i m facing problem wid its trackball for last couple of months... n tried going 2 a lot of service centers in Rajasthan and Delhi... but still no one cud help me!!!
fone is gud!!! but Micromax's service is "SHITTY"!!!

Hi!frds micromaxq5fb is a durty phone.and micromax service center is worst..bcoz i took dis phone recenetly. i found problem in trackball.and they vill take 2 or more than 2 week for reparing a minor problem in phone.i ever seen this type of service center.totaly "micromax sux" badddddddddddd phone.!!!!!!

i have bought q5 mobile yesterday. but there is no equalizer in sound effects only bass enhancement option is available. can anyone tell me do i have to upgarde the mobile from service center. or i have already updated mobile.

i've installed over 200 games n apps in this phone, still no hanging or lagging problem....
net speed is nice experience than nokia.
using it for 8 months.
if this has no trackball then this is a greattttt mobile phone below 5k price... trackball only dissapointing thing, nothing else. trust me...

Its a cool mobile with beautiful features & stylish look. Bt we cant search songs in alphabetical order :-), i m getting problem in web browsing, it is asking for JAR file
