Must be have some problem in ear jack... It will be shorte....
Just go the mobile shop where they can solve this

then use thinner or lence cleaner to clean it with cotton
it will 80% work

raja vk, 19 Feb 2013this phone giving many problem while you suing the internet and facebook. this phone track bal... moreplease click on the trackball and also push at 5 minute .if you have down slipping problem then push down the push ball at 5 minute. if you have upper or side problem to slipping you push that side the track ball.

iam using this phone since 1 year there was no problem except ball but now there is a new problem from 3 mnths that is without pluging the headset the symbole was showing headset symbole i think it is a software problem can anybudy say where i can find software updates

Internet spacially Facbook is not active in this actually and Others like Nimbus and othes are use less,But its camera and its picture is very good.I want this mobile with inernet facilities, How it is possible? Pls send on my mail.
