Worst customer care service ever,
One day Micromax has to shut down its shop coz of glitches in thier customer service... that day is not soo far.:-P

i bought this phoe in 4000 before 8 months and i face problems like poor battery , key problems , broken glas, usb charger loose conection , ear piece , getting hot soon while talking , no pc suite. and very very ugly service.. they took 20 days to solve simple network problem.!

Bad points
1.Cannot forward/seek a mp3 song
2.Trackball gets jammed and they ask for 300 bucks to repair without guarantee that it will work again.
3. Worst customer service
4.Wifi never worked(in my case)
5.Less durable
6.Phone gets jammed on headset mode if you plug out the earphone in middle of a music player or radio and then you can only receive/make calls by using a earphones only.
7. Phone suite never worked, also you can only browse net on phone and still downloading a bigger file (>1 mb)not possilbe, connection get lost.

I am Delighted to own a phone like this, which is having a very very good features especially Wifi and yes it is the cheapest and the Bestest phone I have ever used.

I got Micro max Q7 in august 2010 after around 3 months mic and USB charge had some issue. Worst service ever I saw.
Example Experience I had:Even after 15 day Micro max Bangalore (jaynagar)service center could not resolve. Finally they did some fix for mic however usb charging was not working at all. Service center person told its issue with the charger cable and there is no cable in stock. even after replacing new cable problem did not resolve. At one fine day it started automatically switching off.(within six months).

hi frnds q7 preloaded apps like nimbuzz, facebook not at all working and in nimbuzz we can't create an account and it doesn't jar files it supports only jad files only

This is the phone which looks like Blackberry and you even can't dream of getting a Wifi enabled mobile with a price brand of 3000/- I am lucky to have this.

first of all its positive features are-ya its wi-fi its too good dual sim works good sound too good camera work averagely like nokia 5233 but it hqas a problem of slow gprs connection in mobile and in when connected in pc aned vey few software available that works in micromax q7 now it u get it only in rs 2700 so its good at its price...........

wifi connection is very poor rather not working at all
micromax is just a waste of mmoney dont buy it
their care centre are bastard dont even know how to talk with customers bloody bastards
