this is worse phone i have ever used...last august i bought the phone...since then i hardly used it for 1 month...i gave it to service center 5 times..every time they kept it for 3 weeks...the prob with my handset was it was getting hanged after receiving any call or after playing a song...though i used to switch off the phone and again tried to start it but it never worked properly after that also...last month in service center changed mother board also...but result was same...

How to activate and use MMS facility in my phone?
Some says the facility is automatically provided by the mobile companies by default. Does we hav to do any kind of setting in my phone to avail the facility of MMS?

Anonymous, 18 Jun 2011help....my q7 restarts wheneva it recieves a sms....sumtimes it also restarts during a call...... morei have also got the same problem with my handset..u can recover it by simply taking off your memory card..then try to restart it..then format your memory card..if the problem continues..then your Q7 needs a doctor!

ashit, 21 Jun 2011i should by micromax q7 or nothey shit. the phone's cool no doubt. but it's life is short. i bought this phone last year in august. nd now i have to buy a new one since Q7 started giving me problems.

One of the worst mobile phone. Services at service centre is very poor. I purchased the Q7 just 6 months back. after one week, the camera and video recorder not working properly. I misplaced the bill, but having guarantee card of mobile phone. When I went their service centre for repair they demanded for bill and I produced the guarantee card which contain 1 yr guarantee. They denined to repair and sought for Rs.750/- for repairing charges. i simply back. Totally the phone is waste. My earnest advice is please don't go for Micromax mobile. People may go to branded coys viz nokia, sony ericison etc
