Hi, i thank u all for taking pain in posting reviews. I m planning to buy this phone and have some queries...
Can we open two applications simultaneously(minimizing the first)? Does the music player has Background play support? Has anyone tested the wifi(can wifi be used to chat on nimbuzz)?

hey guys... I bought this Micromax Q7 2 weeks back and I think it's a very good phone... As you may have noticed it's 'QWERTY' keypad which is friendly, the 2 MP camera works preety well in it's segment, the Audio/Speaker quality is also pretty good as compared to some other phones in the market, the battery back up is very good.. It lasts for whole 2 days... It comes with WiFi and the speed must be decent too...
In short, Q7 is a phone loaded with features at a very low price... I got it for Rs. 4999...

Cannot hear music while using opera mini or facebook or nimbuzz in micro max Q7 .... what sort of design is this ....????? requesting MM to take care of this .... illogical to have a design like this .... ????

Vry bad experience with micromax poor battery backup although they hit the market for battery lyf....
Never i ll go for experiment with these new company's.
my suggestion for all go for nokia as nokia is nokia.

Hi Guys,
I mailed the company to inquire about the availability of the Silver color.I got back the reply and they say that Both Black and Silver has been released by the company simultaneously,and gave me the contact number of the dealer in my town.

i bought Q7 yesterday for 4800 inr..and uptill now i have not found alot of problems..actually i have been using blackberry 8520 for the last 8-9 months so i cannot say much abt the features...
because its imposible to compare bb and mm
well
camera--pretty good
screen--better then most micromax phns..much better
looks---good...silver is not available
battery--decent
sound Q--good
have nt tested the wifi...
overall a good buy for 4800
n for those who are still wondering where did i get this phone for 4800...then karol baag ..gaffar market...bhagwati electronics...
