It's really a bad mobile. I bought it in 2011 in 4000 rs. This phone hardly work for a month. It was hanging so much that I threw it away and bought samsung galaxy y . Please do not buy any micromax products. It's just a waste of money.

Micromax are shit phones. The touch brakes easily. The sound is very less. The typing pad will output the next letter adjacent to the one you want to type. It is wasting money only

I bought X660 in May-2012, since last 14 months it works fine, no problem. I have purchased in Rs.3700/- in Ahmedabad. It is nice phone as per its price.

i have perched the x660 4 months ago and its been used only 10 days by me.it was working fine in earliar starting 10 days suddenly its stopd charging i visited the sirves center they taked the phone and said that they will infom ones the set will get repaired.after one month i got the massage that the phone is repaired when i gone to the center it was not working they have again taken the set than i called on the call center they have also tried to ignore me firstly lastly given me the assurance they will change my hset bt its still in the service center and i m not going to take the handset seriously it has a very bad exprience mithlesh masheeha

This is really wrost phone..... Please dont buy any Micromax Phone.... The empployee in the service centre of Micromax are really very busy, they are just engaged in working there own work. They Dont have any responsibility among customer....

The response from Micromax Service Centers is very worst... They are always busy ..unable to confirm you the Exact Problem of Handset & Repairing Lead Time ...
I had given my cell on 05th Oct and still is awaiting to repair and unknown lead time to get back.
This is the wastage of Money and precious Time to chase with Service Center..

This is one of worst phone in the market, neither work properly neither battery lasting more then four hour. this is simply wastage of money.

it is a bull-shit phone...............pls dont buy micromax phones........i have used this phone....it even didn't worked for 3 months and stoppedworking.....it has oe 4 times to the service centre but stops working after every 15 days.........and even no one wants to buy it if i want to sell it.......so if u dont want to burn ur money......dont buy these chinese phones.....
