I having a very wired problem! Its called BURN-IN when the phone is plugged in for charging while charging and glance screen constantly on. The time doesn't change and after a while you see the stuck liquid or pixels behind the tiles on set background.
The pixels are more visible on light color wallpaper.
No solution yet to this problem. This is a very huge drawback of this phone, no matter it has fair camera and LTE networking!

Until the last update, the font size in texts (news, facebook) was the same with the one selected at phone settings for menu. Now, the font size remained big only for phone menu, but it no longer works for other texts I want to read.

Bought Lumia 550 at discount price (few people are interested in soon to be extinct Windows phone...), after a week of usage is generally ok, but it is heating up very quickly, the part on the right side (with buttons) become very warm while surfing the net and playing music.
Do you think this heating would affect the hardware ?

AnonD-651850, 11 Mar 2017is this phone that good?I am using it for 9 months ... It's so good if you need it for simple using like calls some social apps listening music and playing games... Camera quality not so good but if you can take a manual shot u may get good pics... Battery is awesome ,screen brightness is awesome, call speaker is the best thing ... Microsoft is upgradable and this is good thing

Guys there is an issue with my 550. When I lock the phone and later unlock it, out says that connect to a power source for at least 2hours to use it due to a security issue. At the first time it worked but when it happened second time it's not working.
Please reply .

They ask for Rs 6000, lol, I bought a BLU Win HD LTE at just Rs 4900 and upgraded it to Windows 10 Mobile. It's way better than this phone.

Anonymous, 02 Feb 2017wake up option is not available in window 10I have both Lumia 550 and Lumia 650 (my father's phone). My Lumia 550 doesn't have this feature, but Lumia 650 have it (turn on this option in "Lock Screen" menu). Maybe it cause by latest update of Windows 10 (Anniversary or other). As for me this is a big plus in decision what Windows Phone you will buy. Lumia 650 is much better than Lumia 550 (first of all, comfortable 5 inch screen). I don't speak too much - that's why my Lumia 550 keeps charge along two days. That's not too much, but if you speak a lot, you may have a second battery in your pocket to keep phone charged any time:)

This phone is absolute rubbish. The battery took over 6 hours to charge by 12.30pm and by 5.15pmI had 20% left after only 4 phone calls, minimal other and two messages sent havenot been received. If I had known it had W10 on it I would not have bought it. Telling everybody not to even connsider it.
