I just bought one with Windows 10 on it, good phone for the price, don't expect anything flashy but at this price what you get is really good. People who have problems with this phone expect too much or just cannot use it properly!

Dont buy that phone, 15 Dec 2016Dont buy it, OS is FULLLLL of bugs and its very laggy and after some time it just gets worse... Well sure its like a pc there are dozens of updates to install for windows itself and the apps. Some to fix things some to add new experiences through features.

My phone is under warranty and... moreMicrosoft makes a lot of their support through community forums on the inter web, getting in touch direct should be a last approach always! Not saying their service is crap some of the people in customer service are nice people and seem to know what they're doing.

Don't buy any Microsoft phone! The support service is very bad. My phone is under warranty and the battery does not last 24 hrs with no usage. I was asked to send it for battery replacement twice and it is still as bad. Microsoft support said that they would contact me but I am still waiting for a call. This saga is still on going after 6mths and they have yet to fix my battery problem or refunded me the cost of the phone.

The phone is pretty but i think it lags behind in processing power and also "graphics" especially in some games like TR Oz and shadow fight11. Microsoft need to up their game i formerly had a lumia 535 it also hard those problem. For me if you were looking for a lumia try the nokia made lumias even its a bit old its of better quality than this made by microsoft...

I do NOT recommend this phone. It's the worse smartphone I have ever used.
1. The battery runs down very fast.
2. The battery charges very slowly.
3. You can not keep the phone off while charging so that it charges faster. It automatically switches on
4. The phone responds slowly.
5. It's not reliable eg. notifications for Viber remain on even after reading the message.
4. I can not find Microsoft Edge's 'Forward' buttun.
5. When you expect to have mobile date connection, I don't. The remedy is to power off the phone and power it on again. Which means the problem is not with the network provider but with the phone.
