Hi , I still use my Lumia 950 for video recording because I did not find another phone
that can handle high volume levels in a natural way, like in Live Pop Concerts.
The Lumia is using Rich Audio Recording using 4 microphones to handle this.
I know the video is not the highest level, but it is nice to look at.
If someone knows of an Android Phone that can do the same , please tell me.
I tried some other phones like the Xperia 5 IV , Xiaomi 13 and Samsung 23 without succes.
Meanwhile I will still use the Lumia 950.

Bluetooth1, 06 Jan 2023Amazingly enough my comment is still up to date but this phone is starting to show it's a... moreI agree. I still use my HP Elite X3 as primary phone. I have a 950 which I take when I want a smaller phone and still use Nokia 1520 every second month
It is strange that the browser was never updated by MS in more than five years, it is the only thing annoying about the phone. They updated W10 every month but never the browser

I'll still use it as my main phone though, it's just too good

have you check the battery health? when the battery almost near their life limit, there's going to be boot loop problem

Hi pipz,,, just wana share,,, been using this unit since oct 31 as my daily phone(call/text),,, my 2nd xiaomi's screen just went black that day,,, so while waiting for my third xiaomi i ordered online,, i have to use this,,, my other older droids were just unusable to this day,, so i opted to microsoft lumia 950,, I do also have the 1020 and 930 but i chose this one bec it is the only one running on 10,, the other 2 were stocked on 8...
Nostalgia indeed,, unto my surprise,,, all microsoft core products works on this device to this day,,, onedrive, outlook, calendar, weather, news, to do, onenote, word/excel,, it just works,,, all my photos still sync,, my google contacts on my android sync on my outlook (thru a bit of work of course) but the thing is,, it works,, even after microsoft announced that they no longer give support to this devices,,, yet their softwares rocks.. Though ive always use the mentioned MS programs on my android devices,, but seeing them works just fine on a 2015 device... Im just impressed,, i think i want a new lumia model,, or a surface phone maybe,,, guys at microsoft are you listening? I know you guys take feedbacks seriously...

How is cort... morei haven't try it, i live in the city where the traffics really crap all day long so i could literally play with my phone when i'm driving and it's really common in the city i live in,that's how bad the traffic are

Here We Go is a different company, it's not Nokia it's some other Finnish Company :)

Anonymous, 13 Aug 2021How si maps on 950?still working, kinda different from here maps though.i think windows maps(lumia 950) and here maps(lumia 1020) are managed by two different companies. but yeah, windows maps still working on 950. for practicality especially in real time traffic, google map basically on another level which i think not really that surprising but windows map still could get you to your destination and the offline map features pretty nice too,i still have some offline maps updates from time to time both on windows map and here maps

There is many... morethere are definitely some interests especially from 950& 950xl communities, even from surface duo, and some enthusiast too. even though in my opinion microsoft doesn't really have a great track record for a long support for their niche product but some people still gonna give chances i guess. however it's gonna be niche market compare to that android & ios, if they don't mind with that,they should go for it, i don't mind trying another windows mobile, i love windows mobile, a very interesting and very user friendly UI, that's one of the reason why i still using my 1020 and 950. i tried android and ios and i just can't stand them, i loathe those android and ios
