The best phone ever camera wise, phone wise, and overall it's a rare gem among phones and if you know the specs its still way ahead of the iphone except the chipset qual 808 but it got that phone beat everywhere else.

Microsoft maps does not compare with Google Maps. It' s a pitty that a large company like Microsoft can't make a competitive mobile software.

Google maps belongs to... Google and unless they change their mind, they won't port their apps to Windows phones.
You got maps from Microsoft by defaut on this phone and some alternative maps app on the store.

The worst phone I ever had. It reboots by itself, it freezes, it overheats. No new applications and those that were working, stopped after some updates. Overall I do not recomed it.

What a crap....After the last updates Caledos Runners , Runtastic , Run the map ..don't work...Only Fitbit works...Runkeeper,Strava are not even available in windowsphone.
FB,Messenger are tragic ....with a long delay...
Google apps like google maps aren't available...
Rip windowsphone..never again.

salafi, 15 Jul 2017Update your phone and make a reset after updating.I have a doubt.my Lumia 950 is booting itself and it gets automatically locked.and it shows that " please connect to the charger at least 2 hours then restart the device for further use. whats the problem..?is that the updating issue or board issue..please relpay

Yes, actually, very good phone, I have no probs with it and I happen to really like Windows. BUT I have always had and wanted FM radio, and GSM says it has it, BUT is does not! The XL does but not the regular, which is annoying because good though it is; AND I waited and got it unlocked for only $399, I would never have bought a phone without FM. I have to use my previous 930 for that. So now will prob get the Nokia 8 next, which is Android, but it doesn't look like any more Windows phone will be coming.

Very Bad phone. Touch was not working properly , now mobile is heating up and plus battery problem.

Best phone I have ever owned. Done with the i's and androids. The best advice I can deliver is to give this a go. It has facial recognition and no home button so why wait for an i8. I have found an app for everything. Maps is better than googles flagship which surprised me. and good on full GPS.

Anonymous, 27 Jun 2017Android phones are handsome, iPhones are charming but windows phones are reliable.windows phones are ore reliable .may be because i have nokia lumia 535 .i am in windows insider fast ring .i dont know anything about coding . hell yeah its true these are as reliable as basic nokia phone models
