Microsoft's listing says that it will work with Micro SD cards up to 2TB (Terabytes).

AMOLED allows for Glance Screen to be implemented, a very useful feature.

Dave, 26 Sep 2015Can we Flash this and put Android on it?....Someone has gotten Android on their 830, but the bug is being fixed right now.
The new Nexus 5X and 6P have the same specs as this, but a poorer camera and no SD card slot. You can buy one of those instead if you really want Android.

LW, 14 Jul 2015Windows 10 needs to really be something special as previous versions of windows phone OS's are... moreHow do you get that? In our family of 5 we have WP, Ios and Android phones as well as Ios and Android tablets.
After playing around with all, WP is easily the best one. Easiest to use, most customising possibilities, crashes the least etc. etc. I'm still tp find the major flaw in WP compared to other major platforms, and will get the 940/950 when it gets out.
Another issue with Lumias is that they are very robust. With most other phones you need some type of cover to keep them alive. For me phones are tools, and I handle them as that, so I need something robust that can take drops without breaking.
My current 930 is running well, but starts looking bit seasoned as it has been dropped number of times.

When it will be announced??? I am wiating for YOU 940!!! My lumia 920 is perfect, after 2 years still looks nice (glass is not scratched!) but new is new ;)

Windows phone still have a ling way to go in order to match up ios and android.... WP ui is certainly slicker as compared to other os today, but lack of applications and also, the quality of those applications compared to that of ios and Android is very poor. Microsoft will have to pull their socks this time around and should first focus improving their app store with ios quality apps and also look for more user friendly ui such as android. Best of luck Microsoft with windows 10.. It's world war 3 for you...
