I bought a lumia 950xl in Italy in on February 8. I have never met a problem. The phone is fast. Web browsing is smooth. Camera is great. I can tell you lots of positive things. Didn't I have any difficulties? Of course I did. For example, if you are texting, you can't see how many characters left. I can't save people on phone or sim. Maybe I couldn't find them. It is not easy to delete people. It doesn't have a video call option. I think it is the biggest deficiency. My overall opinion is that I like my phone. I used an android phone for 5 years, it may not be used as easy as an android but I don't think I will change my phone for a long time.

When are you gonna make a phone that runst the REAL windows?
I want to run .exe files on my phone. Only then WM will bear Android or iOS.

Price not matching with the features, rejected by most of the smartphone shoppers.

I replaced the back cover with more premium Mozo leather and metal back and now I'm a happy panda..:)
But I've to agree that Microsoft needs to reduce the price of this phone because very soon HP is gonna release its own Snapdragon 820 powered Windows 10 flagship phone HP Elite X3 which is way more powerful than 950 XL, and if rumors are true it gonna be priced $600.
There are lots of Lumia 1520 users who will happily upgrade to that phone instead of 950 XL because it feels closer to 1520, is more powerful, packs more bang for buck and is made by a brand which is almost as dependable as Microsoft. If you are a Corporate buyer then HP throws in special discounts too. Microsoft needs to do something or Lumia series is doomed.

rocky, 28 Feb 2016Guys plssss tel me 950xl ... is it better than iphone 6s ????Depends on what is important for you as a user(battery, offline maps, no additional costs of you're runnig a business with more employees and using ms server +excel etc) In general the answer is :no, 950xl is not better. Ios and its devices are setting the trends. Microsoft is following , trying to implement some new features ( eye scan,continuum). As I'm using both devices plus android based edge 6 , iphone with it's support and apps is on the top now. NOW is a relative period of time:-)

how do you impress other platform users with this cheap build and looks of your devices ?
at least don't use those hardware and specs which are so near to get of already out dated... :/
we want to see Microsoft 1 step further then other platforms.... but Microsoft is doing all opposite... :|

my phone doesn't adjust incoming photos,they are repressed to very small picture ,
tried everything!! nothing is working!!
please take that phone of the market today!!!!!!!!!

I am actually not a windows fan but my friend told me about the phone and i just bought it this week the phone is cool the camera is like the best and it is so beautiful and leather back covers are available too. Not like apple u dont have waste that soo much money.it is worth buying the phone.windows 10 is working faast and there is no complain about this one.phone is charging very fast and i could use it for 3 days without the chrging thanks microsoft for this awsome phone.this phone made me like lumia

This phone works great stop the hate. Never an issue with the os or phone its self just some apps are buggy. Only a few apps make it buggy but lately even those are ok. Phone is great just go check one out. The insider preview has bugs its supposed to have bugs. Ask questions don't believe everyone who says it is buggy.
