The overheating problems with the snapdragon 810 is related to a bug in the design of the chip. This bug has been fixed in the latest revision of the chip (read on wiki), the liquid cooling is only to distribute the heat evenly, to prevent "hot spots" on the phone. So, the overheat problem is solved by the snapdragon manufactor, and is history!, not By Microsoft "just adding more cooling" to the phone. And the 950 do "NOT" have liquid cooling!!!

Liquid cooling is working, it seems. This phone only gets warm, doesn't get hot. It has single hand mode when you hold down the Windows button. Pretty cool. Skype and even Groupme's group are built into the Messaging app. Continuum mode works great.

Liquid cooling is the best cooling solution. They have been using it in many many gaming PC's for a while. It's quite safe.

A liquid cooling machine, inside, only just because 810 processor? Forget for now someday water leakage wud not be no one problem. Just wait for Surface Mobile, a local MS name in PCs. By then 830 wud be available and network of liquid tubes wud go away. Nobody is dying without it😊

Can anyone has tried installing Android apps via Astoria? I'm going to upgrade to Lumia 950 XL if my favorite Android can port to WP10 apps. I love the built and camera of Lumia, I'm still using my Lumia 920

Dude go n watch the review videos about 950 amr 950xl.. Both has liquid cooling.. The trailer video also shows a disassembled 950 in which u can spot the liquid cooling device and pipes... Go n watch both has liquid cooling..

Phone specification is great. Maybe a successor for Microsoft. But please take care of third party applications. In our experience in previous lumia's app store is very bad. Lot of favored applications are missing. I always like & support Microsoft/Nokia. I accept/appreciate the quality, secure & standard of you. But please provide all application which is most popular in the market.

AnonD-340886, 02 Dec 2015Sony has put two heat pipes to ventilate the heat from the processor .but that's not "li... moreOnly 950 xl has liquid cooling system because it's equipped with snapdragon 810 octa core processor and its usually get warm /heated very quickly where as ms 950 is equipped with snapdragon 808 hexa core processor (Like lg G4) which doesn't get warm/heated so that's why ms didn't opt for liquid cooling system for ms 950.

All smartphones with Windows have Office for free, including editing. At the same time, all tablets with Windows 10 and less than 10" have free Office.
