FYI, the Snapdragon 810 used to have the heating issues but it has already been resolved in the latter production of the CPU that is why a lot of OEMs still have it under the hood of their phones. Another thing why heating issues will be avoided is because of the OS of this phone, it is not Android, it is not demanding and it has liquid cooling system that will cool the phone down. There's also a couple of back casings available at Mozo that are made out of real leather on the back and steel frame on the edges that can resolve your issue about the backing of this device.

On top of that a plastic/polycarbonate body for a top-high-end phone (price)??
This is so 2014.
Other specs are ok, but than there is the lack of enough apps like for the iPhone and Android.
There is no gain in having the phone to use like a laptop.
You still have to plug it in a wall socket to be alble to use it for more than 3 hours though.
I'll stick to my laptop with Win10 ;-)

I was attempting to buy a phone and a laptop, but now i don't need to do that because it's a phone and a laptop in single piece..
and for the people that don't like it's design .. just go an burn yourself.. first it's a beautiful one .. And there is no phone without a case .. A beautiful cases i mean ..

On the current insider build I can take an android APK file and sideload it onto my windows phone and poof it works flawlessly. It really is truly amazing. Just google "Android apps on windows phone" And you will find loads of video's and guides how to do it.

And, some of these companies are beginning to offer tempered glass lens protectors that you apply to the camera lens to protect it from getting scratched or damaged. It just happens that I saw one for sale for the 1520 model, and since the lens looked the same as the one on the 950 XL I just assumed they were roughly the same size so it would fit. The 950 XL is still new - hopefully they'll make a lens protector for this one soon...
