vuhay, 06 Nov 2015Hello. 1520 is 4g supported. Just update the mobile. It works in Airtel and reliance jio 4gThe 4g bands in 1520 dont have the 4g bands offered in India by Airtel which is LTT 40 (2300) and Lte 3(1800). I have the Airtel 4g SIM card but doesn't give me 4g in 1520. 4g works in myk3 Note. Similarly the 4g doesn't work in my wife's iPhone 6, an imported model which is different from the Indian model which is compatible with the 4g bands of Airtel.

I'm not really sure how I can get to W10 now, but I hope microsoft projects- support for google apps,streaming,... will be soon. With corrupted Siri apple is out of question, and great Tizen from samsung not even started(btw no assistent there), of course there are nexus phones bendable and without surprises. Microsoft comes with sdslot,dualsim,removable+big battery,....and in 2 sizes. Camera is for them in the first place(unmatched audio recording,shot resolution,manual settings,..), then comes Cortana, sync with desktop, clever use of amoled, sensors in phone/band. Things I miss are more camera setting like hires panoramas,spherical,...and pen support of course. I expect more surprises coming in january, but this phone is for me worth more than note5/Z5P/... it just got all whats important.

Have you us... moreI have been using Nokia 1520 for two years as a business phone and I absolutely recommend windows phone and lumia phones for business. I do have also android tablet (Sony Xperia Z4) and phone (note 2). Android is good for play and entertainment but for real business: only windows and Lumia!!!!

A lot of apps. But u know u r not going to use them all. What's good bout windows phone? Simplicity. What I want they are all there.. Social..link accounts..the GPS thingy.. I don't know. I just preferred simplicity compare to fancy Android or iOS. With w10.. I believe it's gonna be elegant plus simple. My 2 cents.

Which are the countries where this will get released in December? When is this expected to be launched in India and at what price? Desperately waiting for this one. I have a 1520 since the last 14 months and am yet to find a mobile that will match it; only thing is the 1520 doesnt have the 4G band that works in India. Iphone 6splus - forget it - way too expensive and Apple 'innovating' by bringing in the 'Live' feature in its camera which Lumia has been having since the past 2 years - phew - and there are Apple fanatics who are wowed by it.

Dying for this phone specially it's been a long while since the 930 Lumia . Unfortunately it is taking a while and will be till December when the 950!is launched and with the launch of quite a few upper end phones now in the market I don't know if it's worth the wait as I need an upper end second phone. As android is not my cup of tea anymore my only choice is to buy another iPhone 6 s plus

Even before launch n Europe they have slashed prices by 33% by the time it launched another 25% to half. This has to happen to MS the way they destroyed Nokia. The pioneer company. Even 2 yes old model 1520 is still better in all ways.

If you buy Windows Phone forget Android.
That's it and Android is for kids compared to Win10 mature and safe platform.
Yes, much less of useless applications on Windows.
