Global MIUI 10 available for the Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 with Android Pie
While the Mi Mix 3 awaits its global release in Q1 2019, some owners of the phone that couldn't wait and imported theirs from China will be happy to know that MIUI 10 Global ROM is finally available for download and installation.
If you live outside of China, you will find the Chinese version of the ROM to be somewhat unsuitable so this will come as a huge relief to current Mi Mix 3 users. A member of the XDA-Developers community provided a link for downloading the full image.
It weighs around 1.7GB and it's based on Android 9.0 Pie and includes all the usual Google Play apps and services as well as more language options. You can download the ROM from here - it's ready for flashing via TWRP once you've unlocked the bootloader. And if you don't know what any of those things mean we suggest you wait for the official update.

The mic is not working on many Xiaomi phone after the MIUI update which renders your phone useless as you can't use it to make phone calls, you need either wired hadnsfree set or bluetooth one. This has not been fixed for months now Well done Xi...
