When Motorola posted the full list of smartphones that the company said will get the Nougat update, the Moto E3 Power wasn't there in the list. Now, it has been officially confirmed that the device won't get the update.
The company's official India customer help website clearly says the handset - which launched in September last year - will remain on Android 6.0 Marshmallow, the version it arrived with.
The Moto E3 Power first arrived in Hong Kong, following which it was launched in India carrying an INR 7,999 ($119) price tag.

Shame On You Motorola
That's too bad considering it released just months ago. But then again, considering how problematic Nougat updates have been, staying on MM maybe a good thing!
