You can get a battery on ebay for about US$10 ... moreI have one of these in a box that a friend in the UK sent me several years ago. At the time, it was too much phone for our market in the US. If you are in the US, what service are you using? And also, which battery do you purchase. If I'm going to start using it with all the apps, I probably want to get an extra. Thanks, Bud

faezah salleh, 30 Oct 2009when i can get new battery for this modelI have this phone and it's the best I ever had. You can get a battery on ebay for about US$10 or a non genuine one for about $5, I have 3 of them and a separate charger so I allways have a spare

My question is that the Motorola A1000 is a 3G phone.The network in my country is still at about 2G or 2.5G Does this mean that I cannot use this phone here?

Denno, 24 May 2009I bought a 2 gigz mem card, it reports no mem card. Then the battery doesn't charge.sure that it supports only under 1Gb card
