Actually i got mines from the black market in NY so the internet does not work and some how water got into it and now it turns on but a few seconds later it'll turn off
WHERE CAN I GET IT FIXED?>
I've had my Ming for just about 2 months. Hands down best smart phone I've ever owned. BUT I wouldn't get it for my parents or my boss.
Once you have the proper firmware and seem edits, its nearly perfect. I no longer carry a pda. Although I wish this had a sync'ing cradle for ActiveSync, Moto Phone Tools works well enough.
Stills and vid are great. With a 2gb transflash, space is nearly eternal.
Built in Office Doc and pdf view. I'm so happy not to "need" a crackberry. Email rec/send from all my accounts. Push would be nice and I expect someone to write an app for it soon.
I love this phone. Small, cool style, incredibly powerful.
Have this phone for good 6 months now. Its no where comprated to a SE. The sound quality is good but volume very very low. To an extent you cant hear the phone ringing in the adjascent room. Camera is not stable at all, photos blurred most of the times. Like the explorer on the phone. And the PC suite. Over all not that great a phone.
I have been using this phone for the past 6 months. I got lots of compliments because of my phone but the only problem is the sound quality. I think its too low compared to other phones. Is this problem only with my phone???????

To the person who posted about the phone not picking up a signal after 2 weeks...
My phone did the same thing after 6 months. I had to take it in to get serviced, and they had to replace a part (have no idea what it is called, though) that was really critical. I dropped $100 on it, but it's under warranty now. You may have to do the same thing.
Also, my phone 'died' mid-call this week. I was able to turn it on after fidgeting with the battery, but it sure gave me a scare. Anyone else with these problems and know why this phone can be so unstable? When it works I love it, but it's not as reliable as the old chunky phones!
I'm a little confused... lots of people claiming to be 'phone conniseurs' are gushing over a phone that has very few internet options? Or am I not understanding something about this phone? I think majority of people praising the phone are most likely ex-Razr owners. With At&t and T-mobile slowly building 3G networks in the U.S., it's most prudent to save your money and wait for 3G enabled phones, or else you're dropping $300 for a phone that's already outdated. Even if you don't care about 3G, at least look for something that has Wi-fi at least. There is no reason for phones to not have this unless they are budget phones.
