I just got the phone and so far, it's proven it's worth!!! I'm very excited!!
I just want to know if there's anyway or anyone who can tell me how to INCREASE the phone volume......it really sucks!!

This phone is value for money...the Linux OS never hangs and its quite fast. The only problem i've faced is with the frnt flip..some of the keys on the keypad have ceased to respond. The bad thing is that they cannot be repaired as the front keypad comes fused with the flip hence the entire flip has to be replaced. This is a problem, the motoroal service is not able to make the necessary reapirs. My conclusion is that as long as the kyypad on the flip works, its a great phone, once it gives trouble..the phone is junk..its a big risk, is it worth taking? u hav to decide that..

Hey, guys i bought this phone couple of months ago and i just found out that im not able to get any picture messages. Does any one know whats going on? I Have all the updates and my service provider is not able to solve it. I can send but cant receive it back.help.thanks

I have tried both 512MB and 1GB MicroSD cards and they both work fine on my Chinese version A780.

I've my phone since september and the battery is fine but doesn't last long so I've just have a handy USB cable to charge and sync them as well. Its feature packed, seamless syncing with H3 razr bluetooth and not even halfway filled on the 512MB Transflash. Sound is excellet if you use the provided earpiece. My reason for getting the phone is its multifeature like a swiss army knife. Anyway, get a third party longer lasting battery and use the features to maximize your investment. The 40+ MB RAM probably make it one of the more stable phone I've owned.

A message to everyone out there...PLS DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE!!! The battery concked within 2 months of me buying it and when I went to the the Motorola service station, I saw many people with a similar kind of charging problem. And I had to go there 6 times for them to fix it for me. Now I'm the days before I have to there again with another problem. Frankly guyz, you can do without this phone. Its given me nothing but problems. That's 14,000 bucks I'll never see again :-( After this I have sworn never to buy any Motorola product ever again.

hey friends.
i think MOTO A780 is one of the finest set because it has real faster processor which it makes truly fast. though its outlook isn't so nice but it seems like mini computer to me and my friends.but main problem is that,the bettery doesnt work very well. but im satisfied with this PDA phone thanks everyone

Pl answer some of queries.
1 R u using any Memory card if yes pl tell which one.does the fone support a 1gig memory card or just 512mb
2 can we send messeges to multiple ppl with one go, with the flap close.(or even flap open)
3 how is the signal reception and talking sound quality(the other side voice)
4 how is the ring volume (i heard it is too low)
5 does it hav FM
6 whats the accessoreis in standard kit
7. first i could't find ths set at any leading mobile shoppe but i
found one piece at a cell shope , it is of "SINGAPORE made". do any one there got a singapore set? if yes pl answer.pl tell the box color and the accessoreis u got with it.(did u get any memory card along the pack?)
8.do this singapore set has EDGE.
pl take time and answer thes and give ur suggessions

nora,buy this phone if u need n can fully utilize it features. if u need to store your task, presentation, files, notes n carry it around. dont go to for this phone if u want best speaker, n great camera. this phone only have average camera n speaker but still acceptable thou... u're big enough to think what do u need from a phone n what do u like most. dont be like some st***d people just simply go buy n then when they dont like the features, they blame it where? here. that kind of people dont think b4 they buy.

hi,'no name'. i tried 2 keep all the deleted sms in 'thrash'. i kept it untill 1000 sms,n it still can add more. then i deleted all of them. i dont know the exact how many it can store. probably more than 1000.
