Well I just bought this C115 phone on 15th Jan 2006 for a low price of Rs 1450/- in new delhi's (India) karol bagh mobile market. i am more than satisified with the phone as i believe in cold logic that a mobile phone should be only a extension of a wired fixed phone and do it's job of voice communications perfectly and last as long as possible. this phone does just that.even though i have a better featured and easy to use panasonic eb gd-75 phone with better key response and features i still feel for whom cost is the main factor and who do not fancy other things like ringtones, blue tooth, camera, mms, java,fm,gprs and rely purely on voice communications then this is just the correct phone for them a mobile extension of their wired fixed phones nothing more.Forgot even sending sms it is a pain with thuis phone and the keypad will injure your wrists and it will pain for hours
motorola c115 for communication purpose is very good. But pls update good ringtones.how can i compose ringtones,it is possible to compose ringtones on this motorola sets.
pls help me any one.
i cand find anything like that
it would be fine if i could al least find more of these...pls mail at email@example.com...thx
the phone is very cool but i cant find any ringotes...pls anyone can help me...pls e-mail me...thank you.
I love this phone but i can never find any rintone downloads for it. Where can i download ringtones?
A horribly designed thing. The user interface is as bad as it gets. I bet they delayed its design to the last week of the project. I lost important information and had to actually open the manual to set up the clock! I can't stress enough how horrible the interface is!
Take my advice: buy a Nokia. Motorola doesn't care for usability, Nokia (and others, I hope) does.
when i switch on my c115 it asks for a subsidy password please provide me the password
[EDIT] Sorry for the double posting,I wasn't aware that my last comment couldn't fit in the page.
You can compose your own ringtone on that handset.
For those who want, here is "Coldplay - Clocks" ringtone:
Pretty annoying to input, but much better than the original ringtones.
I have Motorola c115 and its a nice handset but about the tones how can i compose good tones and from i cna get the tones melodies.
STOP talking about downloading tones. you can compose your own for free with Tones Feature
Motorolla is very good phone and c115 is very chepier to compare with all other bands. This phone is very good for only communication purpose.
Forget ringtones, cameras, connectivity, card slots etc. They're all unnecessary. Concentrate on LIFE. If you don't have better things to do than worry about megapixels or WAP, then this just isn't your phone. (Although that's nowhere near you biggest problems...)
I want to know is there any means to have serial port or mobiles connectivity with PC,
If there is no inbuild feature, then how to have this.
