The charm has a 720mhz TI OMAP3410. Not sure why so many sites have it as 600mhz. Also the gpu is a PowerVR sgx 530 but it does not have a frame buffer like most phones with that gpu so its a bit gimped.

well i think dat wildfire is better
but if u want the fone for fast typing and a lot of chatting then buy the charm as it has a qwerty keyboard
