doesn't look charming. but I'll definitely buy this rather than getting an iphone4. at least this phone has all what i am looking for. capacitive touch screen, wifi, 3.5mm audio jack, huge qwerty keyboard, all in a bar form factor. slide and flip phones breaks easily.

what's so bad about it? if it is a bit less wider, have a secondary camera, 5mp camera and is 30fps its would be soooooooooooo gooooood

badly needed a replacement for my nokia e61i, this seems to be appropriate. never fell for the updated nokia e71/72 because of the smallish size overall (small keyboard/keys, small screen).

This thing is another marvellous thing. Motorola doing big thing in android market, the people who were not comfortable with touchscreen phone. This phone is great gift to those people, this leaves you with the choice in android phone.

I do not have a square head or hands. And this may be the dimensions Motorola L7 or L9 to put this new technology? The market is the lack of a decent phone from Motorola's well-developed address book, fast Internet access and an extensive mailbox on the phone.

Droid X is high end but Charm is low end android which is good as you mention OMAP 600 mhz, 512 ram, 512 rom for a low end android is perfect. check I even compare it to sony ericsson x8 http://www.gsmarena.com/sony_ericsson_xperia_x8-reviews-3403.php so i was just saying go moto for low end phone too. Thanks!

Yeah kind of to reiterate what Droid Xtreme said. While this is being sold as an "entry level" Android phone, it has specs and feature that surpass a lot of other higher end models.

This phone supports 802.11 b/g/ and n. Has the 600mghz cpu, which is faster than the g1 and the cliq/cliqxt and equals the Droid itself.

Not to mention Android 2.1, motoblur, multitouch, a full keyboard on the front, flash lite, and twice as much onboard ram/rom than most other Android phones.

The form factor also helps it appeal to current Blackberry users, like myself. The only thing that would perfect this phone is if it had a flash for the camera and supported UMA calling.
