Today I got an upgrade message of motorola Software Update (MSU) ... lets see what next? Gingerbread on Defy? ;)
The official defy has no gps.conf file in /system/etc
how to get gps work properly without voiding the warranty? India Stock ROM 2.2.2 second release.
i have mine with cm7 2.3.7 and 1.1ghz, 1.2ghz is too hot for my face, 1.1ghz is very fast ass!! i've overclocked it to 1.3ghz and very stable, but still very hot.
for anyone who wants to install 2.3.7 caynogen 7.1 mod this blogpost is pretty useful http://androidappsx.blogspot.com/2011/11/cyanogenmod-7-installation-guide.html
Guys install the Cyanogenmod gingerbread 2.3.7 on ur existing Motorola defy...amazing speed n features...go for it...u wont ever regret it..
Dont try this on Water!!! it could survive, but dont do it, warranty will not cover it.... its always your fault
[deleted post]Buy the new DEFY+ its only a few dollars more expensive and has 25% more CPU power, bigger battery and newer Android.
Amazing phone!! Water-tested lol xD
This is my first Android phone, and i find the system excellent. Much much more snappier than my old Nokia 5800.
I recommend this one!!

which one to buy
3)sony ericsson neo
plzzzzzz someone suggest me asap ?
[deleted post]as a defy user im telling defy has got a lot hidden features that equals a high end smartphone with its reasonable price..only if you ready to root and use custom roms....its powerful and durable! or if you want to remain on official rom then go for neo....
