arabian, 09 Oct 2012only will be considered if it is nexus version . It may not be a Nexus, but it's the closest thing you'll ever get to it. Motorola is owned by Google, the phone has software buttons, and the only thing Moto really messed with in the custom UI is the launcher. All else is basically stock Android.
For the rest of us, that don't live in US, Samsung Galaxy Note 2 seems to be the only hope for a phone with good specs and huge battery. Though I'm aware the size of the Note 2 might be a big turn-off for some. To bad the S3 doesn't have a huge battery as well.

motorola make good solid phone, but they fail on software update
so not considered unless its nexus series
