If I buy this phone from Verizon can I switch to T-Mobile??? does the phone work on a GSM network?
can we change the proxy to connect to a particular Wi-Fi router??

ExtremeTechLover, 25 Oct 2011This phone has it all and it beats Samsung Galaxy SII base on hardware specs. I want this phon... moreI think this will be the best beast only if they'll make few upgrades in it's hardware and software, guys no need to dogfight among phones or among urselves, talk general and then get the best android mobile phone out of ur words, peace
I have owned Droid Razr since mid-December, upgraded from my trusty HTC Incredible. I also own a Galaxy S II Epic Touch on Sprint. I have to say, with all the hype over the Super AMOLED Plus on the Galaxy S II, I was quite surprised at how much better the Super AMOLED Advanced screen on the Razr looks. The contrast ratio seems better, with super dark blacks, and the colors seem far more accurate vs. the oversaturated colors on the GSII. That being said, the Super AMOLED Advanced is the same screen as the Galaxy Nexus, though the Nexus wins in pixel density.
In terms of the phone itself, I couldn't be happier. Verizon's 4G is insanely fast and pretty widespread, the phone is a beast in terms of processor, and the Motorola UI (which they refuse to call MotoBlur) is actually pretty pleasant and unobtrusive. Also, SmartActions is where it's at.
You really can't go wrong with this phone. Though perhaps the MAXX is a better choice, since it is identical in every way except battery life and a bit of thickness (still thinner than iPhone, about as thin as GSII).

They froze and turned off. I hate motorola they make the worst phones. That is why i got the nexus. Surprisingly enough, the nexus turns off too, but not nearly as often as motorola. my nexus turns off about every week or so. not bad at all. Ive contacted google and they said it was a major problem that they know about and there WILL be a fix in the next update. I say get the nexus
Purchased razr (not maxx) last week. Out of box with a dead battery. They replaced phone as battey problems. Now will upgrade to Maxx. Are they trying to unload the regular razr on unsuspecting buyers?
