My phone started freezing/locking up on day 3 of ownership. Now, realizing that Voice and Data can only be used simultaneously if on VoLTE (which isn't even available on the the device yet) this is a DEALBREAKER.

hunter, 20 Nov 2014no card slotThe turbo's card is located behind the volume keys. Stick your finger nail under the bottom of the volume keys and pull straight out.
Believe me my salesman at Verizon didn't even know where it was. He had to call tech support.
Our country sucks! Can't buy a phone with a contract! Damnit! I wish I could buy this phone with contract!
