The motorola UK confirms it does has stereo speakers??? Can anybody with the phone verify this?

i got me e1000 for 150 quid sim free and im so happy i got it, i used to av a sony k700i but wanted a larger screen an mega camera. i got it!

Dis is a sorted phone on voda an tha 8 times zoom is great and videos are crisp with ace sound! If your after a 7610 or other megapixel camera but think they are expensive try this you won't be dissapointed, also the screen is one of the biggest and sharpest ive ever seen!

can you please anwswer some queries i have:
does the phonebook's function allow searching for a name's first character only ? like sony ericsson ones or the e1000 allows up to you key in the entire name in the search box ?
is there is noticeable lag when you switch from function to function when there the transflash card is packed, say with 50 percent of pics and videos ?
does it come with the highlighting (or equivalent) feature / button that nokia phones (button marked with a PENCIL symbol) have for CUT/COPY/PASTE function ?

I agree with calibro9! The sound of the E398 is the best! But I think this E1000 has a stereo speaker like E398, doesn't it? Well, If not, I'll never change my E398! If yes, I can think about! :)

hey guys.. i m really considering buying tis phone, but i have no idea where to locate it or find it becos all the shops i go to do not have this phone available..

this phone is the v800 and d500 killer. it's cheaper but packed with advanced functions. the only letdown of this otherwise perfect phone is the cam quality. maybe it's because of the 1.2MP cam compared to the D500's 1.3MP

I wish it had 3d stereo speakers like the e398. Are they going to produce any other phones with speakers like e398? Until then I won't give up my e398...the sound is just to sweeeeeet!

- in Italy you can buy the transflash card, but the phone does not come with the transflash card included.
- there's a flash, but it's not a real flash, it's a kind of torch. still useful.
- i really like this phone. it's esthetically beautiful and technically very good.
- it is not the best phone on the market. e.g. the ones with CCD camera of course make better pictures for the same amount of pixels.
- there seems to be some software bugs, but I think this is not a drawback because this is a common problem of many nowadays phones. I hope they will fix them through software updates.

the phone comes with a 32mb transflash card. and yes, you can load apps, music, pics and videos on the phone!

Hi, Is this phone faster / more responsive when moving arround in menues etc, than the SLOW E398??
Anybody knows if this phone have norwegian sw/menues and norwegian T9, when bought in UK?
Dosn't the phone comes with a 64MB TransFlash memory card?
