Hey guy, actually i also facing this type of problem since i change my SIM card (i mean change the line)...
i also no idea for it...
But my friend said it need Master Reset in Motorola factory.
Now i using my old SIM card for E365 and use another phone for my new Line.

I have a green envelope at the top of my screen, and im pretty sure that its a ringtone that i got sent to my phone but i dont know how to download it. I've tried going into the browser and it doesnt say anywhere that i can download anything that has already been sent to me. can anyone provide any help?

the volume is too soft! even to the max volume u can hear anything. other than that its fine.

i find it quit iratating that i always have to chek that my resolution is on high but all in all its a very satisfiing product

Motorola E365 is durable, long lasting, user friendly. But it cant be use in US coz it just dual band. Can i asked where can i repair my phone. Is there a business center of motorola here in the philippines. And one more, it's hard for us to find a battery for this phone. thanks

No doubt E-365 is a marvellous mobile having excellent features.I am using it and quite satisfied.
However,I m suffering from a problem.I can not access phone directory and messages directory.When I try to go ito these directories,a message displays"Try later"...What may be the problem...Please guide me.If it sim2 is locked,I have no password to open it.I have tried 0000 but no result.
I m waiting for ur reply.

I've had my e365 since Aug 2003 and I'm also disappointed by it. I only bought it to replace my Nokia 8210, which died.
It has good functions, but isnt very user friendly imho. It takes forever to type out sms's and it seems to be quite slow, as if the processor is not good enough for it.
As for the camera, it's not too bad for the design of the time (my bro sent me a pic taken by his Sony Ericsson k700 and it's far better than mine), but again, it takes a long time to save the pic, and then it always asks u if you want to send it via sms etc....another 15 sec wasted....
The two things I really like about it are the colour screen, and playing Big Two, a game included with the fone!
And transfering pics from the mobile to the computer is very messy. All the pics have to be saved one at a time, and they are saved in BMP form, so you then have to then use whatever image program you have at home to then resize them into jpgs! (I use Vueprint)
I honestly dont know how the ratings are so high! I wouldnt have given any of the 3 categories more than a 6!

Myślę, że to bardzo dobr phon. Kupiłem go około roku temu i ciąge dobrze pracuje.Bardzo dobre zdjecia, menu!Ale Sms'y - to jakas pomyłka. Pisałem 1 sms'a(45 słów) 10 minut! Mam nadzieje, ze winnych telefonach motoroli jest lepiej.

I think it's very good phon! I bought it about 1 years ago and It still work very well! Very good photos, menu! But SMS - it's a big mistake! I've written one SMS(45 words) 10 minutes! I hope in alse Motorola's phons work better!

i find the e365, when conected to computer via data cable software often hangs, anyone eles with same prob, any solutions??

i hate motorola.
i tell ,my friend bought this cell for 12000 rupees ( 240 dollars us) and now after 6 months the value has dropped so much that this is not even goin at half the price.now it was selling for only 4000 rs ( 80 dollars)
simply wastage of money
and the performance is bad in fact worse than bad camera clarity is bad
design is really a disappointment as the screen is outside the line.
and last and the least the brand is motorola
die but never buy motorola.

I have it since last week. A total dissapointment. The phone may be good looking, but come on: What a slow and - above everything - BUGGY software! Motorola, have you ever tested the working performance of your own product before launching it to the market???

I've recently bought a 365 model, and I must say i'm quite dissapointed with Motorola (again). First of all, it's a phone, so it's main fault is that the volume in the ear piece it's so low that if you talk in a noisy place, you can't hear a thing. The quality of the case is poor so don't drop it on solid ground! It happens very often that the service centers haven't any spare parts so it's kinda tricky to try to get it fixed. Oh yeah, and then it's the camera, which makes quite fuzzy pictures, comparing them with, let's say Nokia 3650's photos. Besides, if there isn't enough light, some kind of blue stripes show on the pictures. How lame is that? And let's say you want to write a mms, or a longer sms. That's annoying too because the software is too slow.
Oh well, at least it has funny MTV worm screensaver. I've always wanted that :))
