yeah, of course u can connect to computer by bluetooth.
to connect phone using windows98: add new hardware and install motorola modem driver from cd. Remove memory card and then connect phone. So dont install just the phone tools, u must do this separatly.
but windows should see the phone memory card when u connect the phone with the card in it...

To Antonini-what do you mean by video? do you need video recording or do you just need Video playback? If you only need playback, this is a great phone for that.

I'm so lost about the self flashing and upgrading thingy. Ha... Anyway, think this phone rocks. Nothing is perfect and this is the best phone I've owned so far. It's in the same league as N6230 and SE K700i but it costs so much lesser. In S'pore, at least. Really worth the bucks.

Actually, this is one of the most reliable phones I've ever had...compared to my old Nokias, this one hasn't shut itself down ever...not once! And I have no proglems with bluetooth, the screen, or anything...

And yes the phone does support FM radio but you need to buy a FM radio headset from moto. Here in Australia they are around $80 and the U.K £20

                        To alex

A MMC card is different to a trans flash a SD card is like a large trans flash. When you buy the phone it comes with an adaptor to make the transflash into a SD card. If you have a SD reader/writer you can use this to transfur file to and from the card.

You can flex your phone yourself to 7f and still have 96R and you can flah your phone to 95R. All you need is PST and this website

to Sorcerer; E398 is a better phone than k700. K700 is only a little smaller with video recoring but E398 has external memory slot (that k700 has only 40MB memory-limited to that), and stereo speakers with 3D sound, the k700i menu lags a bit, E398 battery last much longer than K700 cuz E398 has better battery plus E398's rf is better, too. However, they both are nice phones with little adv. and disv. It's all matter of personal choice at the end.

E398 comes with its own usb cable in the standard package, so u dont need other usb cables.
