this is a good mobiel
i love it
but when i boght i dont get the cd softwre where can i find software voor it
As far as I know, Phonetools will convert most formats to 3gp (phone format)
I know this doesn't help you, but I have had no problems connecting via bluetooth. I have tried with a Nokia N70, Philips visio 825 (old cheap phone but bluetooth worked ok) and it connects fine with my Jabra 250 and my PC with a bluetooth dongle.
For sending files just follow Antonios post...
As for the previous question about headphones, mine work no problem, sound comes out the headphones without any changes made.
And for those that didn't get Phonetools (I guess different countries have different bundles) it won't be available for free download, as it's commercial software.
You can buy it for download from http://www.bvrp.com/customers/motorola/upgrade/US/ cost approx £20 GBP.
Hi, I have this phone and is great, there is just one problem, is the bluetooth, every one can find me and I can't find the other devices. If someone knows what the problem is, or have any solutions for the problem, please give us (for me and every one with the same problem) a help. Thank's.
In order to find other divises you need to turn on the blutooth, but don't use FIND ME. Instead go to the picture or sound that you want to send and go in PICTURE MENU press COPY and than press LOOK FOR DEVICES. Than your phone will look for other phones.
Ricardo Lourenço , i seem to be having the same trouble with my bluetooth. Other devices can pick me up on bluetooth but i am unable to pick them up. It is probably someting small but still very annoying.I'll be going into a Vodafone outlet soon and and i'll post another comment when I get more info.
charithra, make sure your not trying to put the adapter into the phone. As far as i know the memory card is in the phone when you buy it. Have a look in beside the sim card and see if it is ther, Remember its only a micro sd card so it isnt as big as the adapter.
Hope this helped you
Hey the phone is so cool but i have difficulty in inserting the extra memory card i recieved when i bought it . Can someone pls help me.
Hi! I've recently bought this mobile phone, but I can't seem to connecto to other mobile phones over bluetooth. Does anyone know why? Is it impossible or just some problem/bug?
Thanks for that Rich
Have you got any idea where i could get phone tools seeing how it didnt come with the phone?
Not tried the supplied headphones yet, will try them later.
You can copy directly to the phone via USB cable, just go to menu/connectivity/USB and change the connection to 'memory card' then it shows up as a drive letter in 'my computer'
You then need to make sure the files you copy are in the right format as Phonetools would convert the files for you. (ie, mp3's are ok, avi video is not)
I love it.
Just wondering though
how do I get the wired headphones to work with it?
I tried plugging them into the phone but the sound still came through the phones speaker.
Also I didn't get any phone tools cd with the phone.
Im gonna buy a usb cable soon.
Just need to know also
Do you have to have the phonetools cd in order for you to be able to transfer music and other stuff to the phone?
To convert AVI files, load the avi into phonetools using the video transfer section, and it converts the file to 3gp, which can then be copied straight to the phone or saved to the pc for transfering later.
As for Bluetooth, I have only tried it with my Jabra 250 headset, and a Nokia N70 mobile, both of which have worked without a problem. I was actually surprised how well it does work :)
Can anybody help me with this one.It seems I only watch mp4 videos on my E770v but does anybody know how to change file formats of videos? For example: I want to change a video format from avi to mp4 so that i can watch it on my phone.
I just purchased a Motorola E770v recently and have noticed that the phone is not great for picking up other bluetooth devices.I would like to know if anybody else was having this trouble?? And if anyone has a solution ??
