I'm asking because I have the EX115 cellphone, and I got the same contact identification problem for text messages.
Support here in Paraguay really sucks, they can't gave a solution.

i m little bit of unsatisfied with this phone, it is a average phone , nt good. i dnt liked it too much. m planning to change my phone to buy another company phone.

sound volume is too loud
camera is good

Listen People....
I have this phone.
1- First of all it had the bulk messaging problem....I gave it at the service center....They upgraded the software...It's done.
2- Phone has a good camera.
3- Audio output is very good....Mind it that the earphones you get with the phone aren't good.
But the music player is a bad joke...No sorting of the songs by Artist, Album, etc etc.
Also every time you open the player it asks for library update...Also the songs can't be searched like in nokia phones. Even the videos are mixed with the songs...No sorting.
4- The earpiece volume is very low....Its hard to speak in noisy environment.
5- Talking about java....All the apps n games that I run in this phone lag....They run very very slow....
6- QWERTY keypad is very good....A joy to use.
7- Battery is another Bad joke. Only 1 day with normal use...& only some hours if you use music player n all...
8- Display is good.

I have been using this phone since last week..till now it has come up to my expectations..except that message memory gets filled up very quickly..it has an internal memory of 50mb but i can't save messages there..does anyone know how to save messages to phone memory..or memory card..
