I have already changed the ringtone both SIM1 & SIM2 and it's already there but when I receive a call still the HELLO MOTO ringtone. Changing ringtone is as simple as ABC but maybe our unit has a problem in this area.

I am having a problem to use MP3 ringtone to my phone. I already assigned a particular MP3 ringtone for each SIM but still when my phone rings, the default ringtone (i.e. Hello Motto) is stil there which I don't like to be a ringtone. I appreciate any help. Thanks.

The phone is averagely good. but the best part of it is the music audio player, it is loud and clear. the ear piece is also fantastic listenin to music with. the camera is awesome, very clear. but the browser is very poor....even if u download and use opera mini, u will still not enjoy it that much.
