To use the Skype in Flipout and the other person listen you is only use skype with the phone closed and not open.

I want to buy this phone but i have a small question & i'd like someone who has this phone to try it out
In all nokia & sony erricson phones when choose a profile u have this "alert to all calls" or u choose who it alerts to....its like a rejection list so i wanted to know if it has this feature..?

great looking phone that is easy to us but it locks up when taking or making a call. Screen freezes for anything up to a minute! Dials up the mobile internet at random which is seriously expensive so is disabled by dialing *#*#4636#*#* then pressing more and disable the data conection, however this is only temp as it soon overides this and you have to do it again, many times daily! Just downloaded the free APN app and hoping this works and also modded the mmc numbers as suggested.
A fab looking phone thats great to text with but looks are thorougly useless when it doesn't work properly.
I rely on my phone for my business and have missed just too many calls now, I nearly put a brick through the screen.
Glad it was only £50 from Orange, going back to my Sony Ericsson p990i

Skype donot work in this mobile.....you can install and send messages...but to voice calls the microphone dosnet work.

I love my flipout, just read your review and i had the same problem of not being able to answer calls, couldn't stop the ringing or even turn the phone off all together. Just had to ring the person back. Have taken some apps off, as you said that was the course, so going to give that a try, this is my third phone since feb all having the same problem. Trish

Very unfriendly phone.the unfriendliest i ever had. i bought it because it looks cute and very disappointed to know that it seems to be the only positive thing on this phone.it eats my phone credit thats why i had to disable every single internet related option.i wish i never bought this phone. this will be the last motorola i will ever buy.now im stuck with this.

The 100mb internet allowance from orange gets used up very quickly. And then you have to pay.
You can always disable the internet. Connection in the settings.

i bought my phone about a month or so ago. i put on £20 when i first got the phone because i had to if i wanted the phone, but something has taken £15 off of my credit. im on the dolphin package from orange and get free texts, the only thing i have done on this phone is use the free texts. the review on orange site says that i have the charges from the internet, this isnt possible as i dont use the internet on my phone. anybody got any ideas on what could be eating my credit???? HELP!
