WOw Guys..www.sntradersonline.com...already have it and their price seems real nice...be the first one to get it...i am getting mine in couple days
yes im afraid it does have the same ugly un workable menus as v3,sooner motorola release their new i/f the better.
HI y'all, doz anybody know if i can connect my regular headphones(mp3) to the moto K1? I would hate to be forced to use the ones that comes stock with the phone and if they break i have to by new ones at a cost off 100$, no please...
Can someone tell me if they changed the ULGY and messy menus of V3 series ?
This K1 was one of the many new Moto phones on display at the large South Africian Moto phone announcement.
The GSM version is in ice blue color & the CDMA version in greyish black with touch sensitive keys for playing music below the outer screen.
The ice blue color is much sharper than the black..........under bright light; it look so shiny like the diamonds from South Africa!
The outer cover/flip look like a shiny, clear transparent glass which is not prone to leave finger prints on it. The blue color layer used under the transparent cover is a non-reflective material.......this make the phone look to be covered by a layer of reflective blue mirror whch does look like shiny reflective South Africian diamond under bright lights........amazing!
Function is not the major selling point of this phone, but basically, everything you need is there.
The camera lens is a little on the dim side, a little brighter would be nice.
The speaker at the back is loud & sound quality is very good.
This phone support T-flash card & A2DP Bluetooth technology, which make listening to music more relaxing.
The keypad of the display K1 feels a little hard to press.
In my opinion, this MOTORKRZR K1 is better looking than the MOTORIZR which was also at the show. The RIZR do carry shade of Korean look.
There's also the 3.5G MOTORAZA maxx; MOTORAZA xx & the very thin MOTOFONE at the show.
2 new handsfree bluetooth, the H601.......which is made specially for the MOTOKRZR with a LED light to show battery condition, and a H800. Both use "Easy Pair" technology.
black is for cdma. blue will be initial gsm launch, more colors to follow.
I recently got to borrow this phone from a friend who is testing it for Moto and wow. This phone is amazing. Great keypad and there are so many functions built into the phone that Moto hasn't put in a phone stateside yet. I'm ready for this one to come out
phone will be available shortly. about 2-3 weeks time in united kingdom for vodafone and o2 networks, both in blue color. if you live in uk, go to your local store and try to pull out details such as price and exact date.
I want to say that it is a very nice phone according to it specs and mostly the way it looks. The big height and small width of the phone makes me think that the phone design matches good only with HIGH people!!
Amazing, Motorola is wrong… this phone has a 9 talk time!!! Yeaahh, I made a test in laboratory!!KRZR is indeed a great phone.
CIF video, 6h battery life, Class 12 EDGE, 256k color external display, and a pretty nice elegant design, although not much different from older razrs, could be an intersting phone
looks pretty kewl however still i feel it will be a razr package with diff packing nothing new
"SIMON" i am quite agree with u.when one company introduce a new model and if it works, they deffinitely will come up with same design idea but a little change. thats how they work.
i think the whole mobile phone market is becoming tired, very rarely does a phone come out that has a different angle on the design or has something that really sets it apart from the rest.trouble is when one does appear that is quickly followed by a copy version by another manufacturer or endless variations of the same phone(samsungs black sliders,lg flips,s/e walkman phones, mottos razrs and nokias candy bars),every so often a gem will appear but they are getting few and far between and until then we have plenty more colours to be produced for the razr family.
