Anonymous, 16 Aug 2010I don't seem to have the square frame on my display. Do i havw enable it somewhere. How? I got the frame back by clearing camera data i.e.
settings > applications > manage applications > settings > filter > all > camera > force stop> clear cache > clear data .

Anonymous, 15 Aug 2010I have asked motorola support about the updates for froyo and they told me thay there is no in... morewell! you did a great thing by visiting their developers' site and posted a query. But...is it feasible IF we install the custom ROM that the motorola milestone/droid users are installing into their phones???

i dont understand that how can the original milestone has received the OTA update for Froyo, while the newer cellie was not able to receive uptil now.

This only means there is no software update yet for this phone model. Don't know yet when we will get a software update. When the update is available, the connection to the server will then work.

Anonymous, 13 Aug 2010That is normal. It means they dont have a software update yet for the xt720
but the title of the dialog box is the it is unable to connect to server (although i am using wifi connection very smoothly)...i fear whether the phone has a lock, which doesnt permit me to look into the server.
Please correct me if i am wrong!
others, please answer my query:
1) When do we expect the next OTA for this phone (Milestone XT720)?

Not sure about Australian eBay, but I'll check out later. Maybe you're asking too much?
