Great watch u can recieve messages and start calls but since it does not have a speaker u need your phone but if u have a bluetooth headset u can do it from the watch.

Anonymous, 22 Jul 2016can we call from it You can initiate a call from it if your phone is nearby. You cannot have a conversation via the watch. It has a microphone, no speaker.

MasEnha, 25 Jan 2016Whatever the reason put a black bar in there is killing the design. Waiting for the fix!Without that black bar, or "Flat tyre" the timepiece would be slow (less internal space), and lack certain capabilities, such as ambient light sensing. You don't notice it after using the watch for a month. Like, you forget about it until someone talks about it.

This watch does not have a loudspeaker (the only Android watches to have one is Huawei Smartwatch and Asus Zenwatch 2), please amend the description.
