So it's going to be my first review about this phone since I've been using it for 4 days now (xt1723)
The phone is working great I've received updates and security updates till May 2018. The Android operating system in this phone is almost clean there is no bloatware and that means we have lots of free space and installing/uninstalling is seriously quick and it and so far my phone didn't hang at all even when Google Play is installing things the camera is nice don't expect a lot from the selfie camera but the front one is good compared to the phones price the auto focus is helping
For gaming I've tried to play NBA on it and it was quite laggy by the other games did the runway don't expect to play the very high-end new games because this phone screen's is 720 so the processor cannot handle it very well in terms of Gaming.
The best thing about this phone as everyone say is the battery I've used it for like 4 hours and I only lost 30 or 40% from it it is really amazing
In conclusion if you are not planning to do any hardcore gaming on the last new games then this phone is really a good one to use but you have to go for the 2 gigabytes of ram version
I was using this phone almost a year. And nothing is wrong with this phone. What i like most about this phone is it' s battery very powerful 😊. Gaming ? Not a problem at all. I'ts all about how you care for your phone. Motorola is the pionering phone of all. I love using this phone. Simple yet powerful! 😁

Well wisher , 14 Jul 2018Guys please dont buy this phone.. i bought this phone from a mobile shop. However upon one... moreThey don't care about the C phones. The series died. They never released a single update for the phone. No security patch, no bug fixes according to info online.
Anyway those specs were decent in 2014. That phone is worth nothing today

navi, 27 Apr 2018I used 6month this mobile problem battery is very very heating and on call screen become blank... moreAfter three weeks of buying this phone on 29th March from Argos the screen went blank, no response from anything. Tried telephoning Motorola who went through some troubleshooting steps, which didn't work, then I was advised to return it to Motorola for repair/replacement. I did this, then received emails from Motorola in, I think, Spanish (which I do not speak), I phoned again and was advised I had sent this phone back to the wrong address, though according to their website this is the Motorola phones address. Motorola STILL have my phone, have not contacted me at all to update me, despite numerous requests. The website says repairs are attended to within 7 days. They have now had my phone for 4 MONTHS!!!!! I have written to Argos requesting a refund a.s.a.p. Absolutely appalling experience - I would now not recommend Motorola phones to anybody after this experience. I may as well have just set fire to £80. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!
Attracted to this phone by it's apparent value, less than £50 for an as-new refurbished example from Argos, 12 month warranty. On the whole very pleased with two exceptions: 1) despite coming with Android 7.0 (no update available) it does NOT have the split screen facility which apparently all other 7.0 phones have? 2) Out of the box the USB can only be used for charging. To use for file transfer you need to follow this laborious procedure:
a) google to find how to get the developer menu option in phone settings
b) set the USB option to use MTP
c) set the USB debugging option
d) reconnect phone, examine notfications
e) set popup USB option to MTP
f) PC slows while windows searches for drivers but fails to find them
g) find motorola USB drivers on internet from PC
h) download drivers to PC
i) install drivers on PC
j) reconnect phone
k) PC slows to a crawl, reboot it
That may not be a definitive list of the steps but the best I can recall.
Despite this it remains a great value phone.
