rajeee, 16 May 2016 I got a moto E 2nd gen but i dont know how to copy contacts in the sim?You have to save your contact no. Only on mail id.Its more secure to save in mail id rather than Sim or phone.

Find about phone and then click system updates. Marsmallows OS will be downloaded automatically OTA to your phone. The file is large about 500+ MB. Better use wifi for the download. Hi,
I am user of MOTO e2 , when i updated system updates, it installed after updates but ph. does not show my contacts and when i dial any no. it shows with the name in background and when it appears, i try to directly select from that background but phone gets busy and after some time of hang situation it shows dialier does not responding. as well as SMS can't be received. plz help me out. My all work has stopped due to unavailable of my contacts. Many applications not responding like Docs,SMS,Contacts,pdf,music,google play etc.

Hi, I am from India. Yesterday I got lollipop 5.1 update notification on my moto e 2nd gen 3G (XT1506), but because I didn't have wifi I cancelled it. Now the update notification haa disappeared and my phone says 'device software is upto date' :(

Kashif , 22 Mar 2016I have moto e xt1521 from 6 months working very good no hanging problem but after marshmallow ... moreim also using moto e xt1521, now i updated my rom to cyanogen mode 13 nightly(android 6),
ambient display is working for me..
