Phone still works till now (running with lineage os 14.1) too bad battery didn't last long.

Been using this phone for over a decade now. Up until 2 years ago, my battery would still last me 2 weeks if left idle. 1 week with calls and music playing. Started restarting randomly and power readings are no longer reliable.
Tried replacing batteries but it didn't improve the situation much so I guess the phone's finally died but this thing is a tank, dropped it many many times without ever cracking the screen.
Kitkat 4.4.4 is extremely responsive and doesn't fight me.
Great phone, don't think I'll ever be happy with anything else.
I wish I could just clone the OS and data to a new phone.

All these haters that just bought a 9 year old phone? Nine years old - of course you wont like it. It was a good low/mid range smartphone when it came out.
That said, Samsung's mid range at the time usually had NFC and a memory card slot.

I, too, would like t return this problem phone and go back to using the Samsung 3 I still have. Right now, I can't get it to charge. You don't know how many times I felt like throwing it in a box and returning it.
