No heating issue.
No Lags (while multitasking u may see that it may take 1 sec or two that too sometimes, simply very smooth performer at this price. For a proper idea watch some videos against nexus 5, u'll get it)
NO network Issues.
Its a real nice phone but only thing you should look at is that next month motorola is launching moto g2. If you can wait you may get even a better product however I am not sure exactly what they'll b improving. But be patient if you can.

1. Is there any heati... moreUsing from past 20 days, absolutely no heating issue. I've used lumia 520 before, probably lumia heats a bit but not moto g and this phone has no single lag. I'm having a bit network issue but not that annoying. Mobile data takes a few secs to active if we on the mobile data but it's not very late. That's the
only thing I have. Other than that no issues..
