AnuK, 17 Aug 2014Hi. Does Moto G (16 GB) have heating issue and slow internet-speed? I am confused between Sony... moreBro your confusion is quite genuine as your comparing a very nice device - xperia ZR with this. Other two (SP and C) you mentioned don't stand a chance against moto g.
Xperia C has huge size that means its not at all handy and moreover lacks that superior touch in screen quality because of low pixel density.
Xperia SP 'was' a very good option a year ago but its now showing its age as you will not get software updates in time or may be not at all. Its an old device and company might be looking to discontinue it soon.
Lastly its Xperia ZR Vs Moto g. Zr is real good device at this price around 18 and just like moto g its also proves its value for money as you look into features.
Here you've to give a 6k more for ZR and for that 6K you've to decide on your own if this added expance is worth it or not. ZR is waterproof and has a better camera. Phone is quite handy and easy to hold and has packed everything in almost same size as of that moto g.
I personally feel that camera of moto g is average but room for improvement above that quality is not much. its totally up to you if you want to spare an extra 6k for just a bit of better camera that too is barely noticeable. Moreover everyone knows about software updates which will be available on moto g much sooner than sony. And you may find user interface of sony good looking but if you're concerned with fluency then moto g is more than satisfactory. all i wanna say is that - Peep into your pocket and then decide. Both are good devices at their price point.

What can I do when if the battery is defective/dead and there's no Motorolla support center in my country? Can any "phone technician" replace/fix it? Thanks for your answer.

I am quite happy with my Moto G. Everything is fine except for the only concern that I am unable to upload profile pic. on Whatsapp. I have tried 8-10 times. Please suggest.

Best in budget smart phones..Bought in in Feb..serves all my requirements..I grant you..it's worth every single penny..Go For It!!!

excellent performance..exleent desing..
great picture quality..clearty is awsm.
all the high end games run lyk butter...i hv jst playd these three in high graphics ..asphalt 8 , batman arkham city, marvels avenger.
anroide 4.4.4 n L is also cmng.
camera might b a issue if u need great pics but normal requirmnt is fullfill by this cam
jst go for it..no one can beat this on this price.

what a rubbis phone. it hangs regularly.some times touchscreen become black.some of the playstore apps not works properly. at last i suggest dont go for it.

Actually in my opinion it is the best phone(worthy) for every paise you pay. Its light, sleek comfortable to use and after kitkat upgrade really good. The only issue I see is when I use my USB teathering feature sometimes and all the phone gets fully discharged.
