"Some physical damages such as broken lens over screen can be changed at authorized service for free of cost"-the policy is listed in motorola website itself under damage assessment header. Believed in the policy listed above I contacted united states customer support, they told that i have to pay $125 for physical damage. After said about that policy they asked me for the website. Then they accepted the policy and told me to contact customer care in India. When I contacted the Indian Customer care, they said the policy only available for customers who bought the mobile from the motorola website itself. Even though i bought it from motorola website directly at US, they said that "the policy does'nt available for India". Then why the hell fooling cutomers by false advertisement to promote Moto G. Even HTC have the policy of changing craked screen for free named "HTC Advantage". But they are doing it honestly. If i say something, the customer care agents always had an answer with them to shut my mouth such as "No policy for India". Very poor support and false advertisement in the website. Whether the motorola should remove the false advertisement or they should replace the glass for free as said in the website. Though cheaper than HTC , motorolo no match for HTC in terms of customer support and honesty. ???

k, 30 Jul 2014which is better Samsung core 2 or xperia Mcore 2 is far better than xperi m ....core 2 looks stylish....good sound quality......nice camera quality....I bought this phone 1 week of ago......and I found this phone is value for money....only low ram is issue.....but kit cat version handle rest of the things..

I have been hearing that the newest 4.44 KitKat update comes with alot of problems, e.g. battery drain. So I am thinking should I update my Motorola G?

Motorola isn't going to just update its Moto X and Moto G smartphones to Android 4.4.4 KitKat, with its customer care department claiming that the company will update the two smartphones to the recently unveiled Android L.
