On the homescreen i had kept an image where the taskbar at the bottom was transparent but later one day i got an error stating "Authentication failed for motorola device id" ....... It asked me to click on it and wen i did the fone restarted and later when homescreen came up, the taskbar and was black like the one is Jelly bean update...... i m currently using Kit kat but still the taskbar happens to be black and not transparent

manu, 30 May 2014frends i got moto g wit 8gb internal memory through flipkart..wen i checked internal momory it... morebro.... 5.52 is user available... u cannot use 8 gb... even if u'd taken the one with 16 gb.. it'd give u only around 11 gb... the other 4-5 gb is used by the software

For an example Samsung Galaxy S4 mini has 8Gb of internal storage with only 5Gb usable. 3Gb used by the OS and other stuff inside the phone. Same goes with other smartphone brand as well.
