I bought the phone just 2 months back n the display went off...now for the past 4 weeks I m trying to trace my phone n its lying with the service center stating that the spare parts hasn't been dispatched by the company...HHIIIGGGHHHLLLYYYYY DISAPPOINTED with the after sale services...
I have today bought my 1st motog and I haven't a clue how to work it! Can make a call & that's it,can't even answer a call,no instructions on how to do thos or set clock etc.etc. DP
its ur best selling phone motorola gooo give it a update... we want marshmelo... nt getting software updates is the nly single nd main reason y people r shifting to ios nd microsoft.
is there any possibility of getting android 6.0 upgrade for moto g 1st 2013 Indian version. now Motorola official blog has confirmed list of devices which will receive android 6.0 upgrade.is there any hope left for moto g 1st xt1033 other than buying new moto g ( I mean buying 4th gen moto g).
I've been using it for about a year and a half and it has been such a good device. It was my first smartphone and I feel as if it is the best device to get into the android world. It was pretty cheap, but very worth it.
I do find it to lack power when I am using it sometimes. It freezes for a few seconds once in a while and becomes very slow.
Most of the time, it runs very smoothly. I don't like putting restrictions on devices because they are 'not as powerful' as flagships, so I have been using it quite extensively since I've had it. Sending texts, playing games, taking pictures, social media apps, watching videos, etc.
Sure it doesn't run as fast as other phones, but I didn't spend 800bucks on it either.
Using Moto G for a year now. Never had any problems. Great charging and great battery time. Screen res. is awesome and you can see the screen for hours and your eyes won't hurt. Sound is good, gaming is good but it only crashed when i was playing Asphalt 8 since it is a heavy game and camera is fine.
I had brought MOTO G and I always had charging issues with the phone. Now a month before the display - touch screen started malfunctioning. From last 1 month MOTOROLA service centre claims that they have no parts to repair and there are lot of pending devices.
Everytime I get a call from their L2 service centre in Hyderabad they give me a date any again a new date.
Do not buy MOTOROLA phones they have failed at service and support.
Only charging problem
Overall it is very good phone as compare to other
The phone software itself is absolutely terrible, i wish they'd fix that. It also has a known bug for dropping all networks for no apparent reason (going into airplane mode by itself and you can't change it back).
Other than that, pretty good phone so far.
I bought Moto g3 1 month ago..Now facing a major problem as its ringer has suddenly stopped working. It was very strange..coz..its only 1 month i bought the phone and without any physical damage or anything, my phone is not working. Not at all satisfied with the phone.
My Wifi and bleutooth are not working and my phone is only 4months old.
