Hi Guys, I hear lots of weird stuffs like sim card not detecting issues after kit kat upgrade

This is a gud phone for this config. But are these issues are still available? Weather to go for this model or not? Need ur opinion guys!

Like dont keep the volume 100% make it 90. And about the blank screen try a factory reset and the simcard should be of xact microsim size

I can't find the Video Calling option. Whenever I try to make call, VIDEO CALL option does not appear on the screen or in options. Pls let me know what can I do.
